Selective School Entry Database is a community driven initiative to
collect percentiles
from students who have completed the Selective Test.
This database allows for some* transparency for parents who want to
greater understand
what percentiles are required to gain entry to a Selective
School.
The marks within this database are verified as best as possible,
however at times there may be discrepancies.
*A student's raw score may be lower compared to someone who is also
in the same percentile.
Percentiles are dependent on the performance of the entire cohort.
In years with particularly strong cohorts, even high-achieving
students may be in a lower percentile.
How to read this table:
Year - Entry year to a selective high school
Numbers - The numbers are the percentiles that the student
achieved.
For example:
If a student got the 15% band, they got a percentile of 25.
If a student got the 25% band, they got a percentile of 50
The outcome is according to the initial release of the results and
not where the reserve list is currently at.
